Recipe Ingredients for Baked potato slices

4 medium potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Italian dressing
1 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Baked potato slices

  1. Slice potatoes thinly, leaving skin on if desired.

  2. Place potatoes in resealable bag, add other ingredients, and other spices if desired.

  3. Shake to mix thoroughly.

  4. Place in a single layer on baking sheet

  5. Bake at 350'F until golden brown & crisp
