Recipe Directions for Baked Potato

  1. Scrub potatoes thoroughly with a brush; pat dry. Prick potatoes with a fork.

  2. bake potatoes in a 425F oven 40-60 mins (or in a 350F oven for 70-80 mins) or until tender. Roll each potato gently under your hand. Using a knife, cut an X in each top. Press in and up on ends of each potato.
