Just a baked potato. Reduce the butter and sour cream for less fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato

1 potato
2 tbsp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp sour cream

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato

  1. Poke a few holes in the potato.

  2. Microwave potato on high for 5 minutes.

  3. Flip potato and microwave another 5 minutes.

  4. Remove potato, cut open, and add the butter and cheese on top. Mash up the insides a bit to better spread it around.

  5. Microwave for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

  6. Remove and apply sour cream. Eat.
