1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato Fries

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2in strips.

  2. Place onto a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
