4 potatoes
1 egg white
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Baked potato fries

  1. Clean and peel potatoes.

  2. Cut into 8 wedges per potato.

  3. Dip each wedge in egg white.

  4. Then dredge in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  5. Bake at 425 for 30 min.
