Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato Fries

6 potatoes
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato Fries

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and place on sheet of foil that has been crinkled then smoothed out on a baking pan. Lightly sprinkle with salt.

  2. Ten minutes before removing from oven sprinkle one tablespoon of parmesan cheese over all.
