Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato Casserol

3 1/2 lb potatoes
1 lb. bacon
1/4 c. butter
24 oz. sour cream
5 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green onions

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato Casserol

  1. Bake potatoes and cook bacon.

  2. Chop up potatoes and place 1/2 in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.

  3. Cut up butter and place randomly on potatoes, followed by half the sour cream and green onions.

  4. Put the remaining potatoes in the pan, followed by the remaining sour cream and green onions.

  5. Finish by shredding the cheese on top, along with crumbled bacon.
