Recipe Ingredients for Baked Potato & Avocado & Mushroom Dish

385 g Potato, boiled, Flesh And Skin without salt
22 g pepperjack cheese
53 g avocado
167 g mushrooms cooked
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Potato & Avocado & Mushroom Dish

  1. Boil potatoes in skin in water and a little bit of salt (0.25 tsp) until ready.

  2. Cut up cooked potato into 1/2" cubes.

  3. Sprinkle with shredded pepperjack cheese, add cubed avocado and cooked mushrooms. Arrange everything on a bake dish. Bake on 375 F for 20 min.
