1 cap Portabella Mushroom Caps
2 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tbsp Parsley
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Baked portabella mushroom caps

  1. preheat 450

  2. grease pan

  3. Place gill-side up

  4. sprinkle with Sn'P

  5. Bake for 20mins

  6. meanwhile in a small bowl

  7. mix all ingredients.

  8. Combine well until all bread crumbs are moist.

  9. Remove caps devide mixture evenly over caps

  10. return to oven for 5 mins
