Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pork Chops

18 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Baked Pork Chops

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. 2 Trim fat from pork chops. Place chops in a 13x9-inch baking pan.

  3. 3 Spread onion and peppers on top of chops. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. 4 Cover pan and bake 30 minutes.

  5. 5 Uncover, turn chops, and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until no pink remains. Garnish with fresh parsley.
