1 cup Bread Crumbs
16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for baked pork chops

  1. preheat oven to 350. toast panko on a baking sheet, tossing once.

  2. place flour, egg, and panko in separate dishes. dredge pork in flour, dip in egg, and coat with panko, pressing gently to adhere.

  3. Bake on baking sheet 10 to 12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
