Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pork Chops

10 oz. pork chops, bone-in
1/4 cup bread crumbs, Italian style
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 375. Rub chops with lemon juice and Worchestershire sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat evenly with bread crumbs. Spray an aluminum foil lined baking sheet with nonstick spray, and lay chops flat, side by side. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
