Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pork Chops

12 oz. boneless pork chops
8 oz. fat free, plain yogurt
4 cups corn flakes, crushed

Recipe Directions for Baked Pork Chops

  1. Dip pork chops in yogurt.

  2. Then, place in plastic bag with crushed corn flakes and shake to coat completely.

  3. Arrange pork chops in pan and bake for 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops. Use a food thermometer for best results - 160 degrees for pork.

  4. Serve garnished with lettuce leaves, springs of parsley, rosemary, or edible pansies.
