Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pork Chops

16 oz boneless pork chops
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Baked Pork Chops

  1. Dredge chops in flour

  2. Dip into egg wash

  3. Coat with bread crumbs

  4. Pan fry with 2 Tbsp. olive oil for 5 minutes on each side

  5. Mix soup, wine, and milk

  6. Preheat oven to 350

  7. Place chops in 9 x 13 dish

  8. Coat with soup mix

  9. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
