Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pommes Frites

3 medium potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Pommes Frites

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Combine potatoes - each cut in 8 wedges - and olive oil in a large bowl; toss well to coat. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes or until golden brown, turning 2 times.

  3. Combine thyme or garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle potatoes evenly with mixture; toss to coat.
