Delicious recipe from cooks.com. I reduced the recipe for my personal portions. Spread amount was perfect for 2 fillets; adjust recipe accordingly. Just awesome.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pollock

2 Fillets Alaska Pollock
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Pollock

  1. Place Pollock fillets in greased baking dish.

  2. Spread on fillets the mixture of sour cream, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

  3. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
