Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pita

1 pita
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Baked Pita

  1. Cut the pita into 4 pieces.

  2. Brush the olive oil over the pita evenly.

  3. Sprinkle the italian seasoning over the pita.

  4. Put in the oven on BROIL for about 5 minutes or until slightly crispy.

  5. Serve with hummus or eat alone as chips!
