Baked Pineapple rings with bananas

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pineapple Rings with Bananas

12 oz. pineapple rings
1 large banana, sliced
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/16 tsp. mild chili powder
4 T fat-free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Baked Pineapple Rings with Bananas

  1. Pat dry the pineapple rings with paper towel. Put remaining ingredients into a zploc bad and toss thoroughly.

  2. Place a few pineapple rings in the bad and tos them until coated, then put them in a foil-lined roasting tin. Repeat with the remaining rings.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven, 400 deg. for 20 minutes. Serve 1 with tossed, fresh bananas and top with 1 T of Non-fat yogurt. I like vanilla or lemon.
