Recipe Ingredients for Baked pinapple

40 oz canned pineapple, drained
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Baked pinapple

  1. Drain pinapple

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. Pour into muffin tin

  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon

  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
