Recipe Ingredients for baked peppers

3 lb red bell peppers
1 1/2 lb onions
20 black olives
2 tbsp capers
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for baked peppers

  1. Oven - 400.

  2. Place bell peppers in dish. Sprinkle with onions, olives, and capers. Drizzle with oil and salt.

  3. Bake 20-25 min.

  4. Sprinkle with oregano.
