Recipe Ingredients for Baked Penne Pasta with Zuchini

4 oz whole wheat penne
1 cup canned diced tomatoes
2/3 cup veggie crumbles
1 cup diced zuchini
2 oz veggie shreds

Recipe Directions for Baked Penne Pasta with Zuchini

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Brown crumbles and zuchini. Add tomatoes. Stir in pasta.

  3. Top with veggie shreds and bake.
