Recipe Ingredients for Baked Pear Dessert

14 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
9 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1/2 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
120 grams old fashioned rolled oats whole grain
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
40 grams bobs red mill dried apples

Recipe Directions for Baked Pear Dessert

  1. Wash, halve, and core pears.

  2. Mix all other ingredients with 1/4 cup of water.

  3. Put date mixture into cored pears, and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

  4. Bake at 350 for 40 min.

  5. Serve hot or cold.
