Recipe Ingredients for Baked pasta cassreole

1 lb pasta, penne
28 oz tomato sauce
15 oz tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3 cups baby spinach
1 small onion
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella, part skim, shredded

Recipe Directions for Baked pasta cassreole

  1. Prepare pasta, cook hamburg

  2. cook diced onion and garlic in olive oil, add toamto sauce and diced tomatoes, season as desired with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

  3. mix together sauce, hamburg, pasta, and spinach. Place in casserole dish. top with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese melts.
