Easy and delicious spaghetti casserole. A few minutes to prep and then finishes in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked pasta casserole

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onions
16 oz. rotini
4 cups spaghetti sauce
3 cups beef (or veggie) broth
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon basil
12 oz. Morningstar burger crumbles

Recipe Directions for Baked pasta casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Saute onion in olive oil

  3. Add pasta (preferably a sturdy pasta like rotini or ziti), spaghetti sauce, broth, water, balsamic vinegar and basil.

  4. Stir completely.

  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes.

  6. Add burger crumbles and heat through.
