Recipe Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Zucchini Chips

4 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 tbsp Bread Crumbs Italian Style
2 tbsp cup Fat Free Milk
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Zucchini Chips

  1. 3 zucchini

  2. 3 tbsp italian bread crumbs

  3. 2 tbsp parm cheese

  4. 2 tbsp fat free milk

  5. cooking spray

  6. Cut the zucchini into 1/4" slices, dip in milk, then a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese (1/3 parm cheese, 2/3 bread crumbs), spray oil on cookie sheet. Bake in single layer on 375 for 45 min - 1 hour (till they're crispy! )

  7. * add a bit more milk, cheese and bread crumbs to make coating the zucchini slices easier. The calories listed are for the amount used on the zucchini.
