A baked Parmesan Tilapia that doesn't use mayo.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Tilapia

8 oz. Tilapia
1 large egg
1 tbsp 2% milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray.

  3. Combine egg and milk in shallow bowl.

  4. Combine all dry ingredients in separate dish.

  5. Dip Tilapia in egg mixture, then in Parmesan mixture.

  6. Place in baking dish.

  7. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
