This recipe is an adaptation of the Baked Parmesan Tilapia Fillets, however instead of frying, the fish was baked so as to further reduce calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Tilapia Fillets

16 oz Tilapia Fillets
58 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Egg White

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Tilapia Fillets

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Prepare baking tin or casserole dish with non stick Cooking spray

  3. Mix Grated Parmesan, Parsley, and Garlic Powder together on a plate and set aside.

  4. Whisk the egg white in a bowl.

  5. Dip fish fillets in the egg white and then transfer to the Grated Parmesan mixture and coat fish thouroughly.

  6. Transfer coated fish fillets to prepared baking dish and place in oven.

  7. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish is flaky and white.
