1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 egg
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Meatballs

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg and garlic. Shape into 12 meatballs.

  2. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

  3. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
