Baked Parmesan Chicken - without olive oil

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Chicken - without olive oil

2 egg whites
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 c dry bread crumbs
2/3 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 chicken breast, skinless, boneless

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Chicken - without olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, blend the egg whites, water and garlic.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, dill, and pepper.

  5. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture.

  6. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture.
