Recipe Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips

1 1/2 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. Dried parsley
1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
2 Egg whites
1 tbsp. Water
1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" stips

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley and garlic salt. In a small bowl whisk egg whites and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake 14-15 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
