Prep Time: 15 minutes Bake Time: 20 minutes * 1 pound chicken breast, boneless/skinless, raw * 1 cup yogurt, plain, non-fat * 3/4 cup bread crumbs, plain * 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese * 2 tablespoons flour - all purpose * 1 tablespoon paprika * 1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper, ground (optional) * Mrs. Dash chicken grilling seasoning (optional)

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Parmesan Chciken

1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Parmesan Shredded
1 serving Chicken Salt-Free Grilling Blends
1 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Baked Parmesan Chciken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees (f). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.Place chicken breast halves in yogurt and refrigerate while preparing the remainder of the recipe. mix the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl. (Add Mrs. Dash and/or cayenne pepper if desired) Coat each piece of chicken well with yogurt and dredge in the bread crumb mixture, pressing down on both sides and turning over several times to get a thick coat of crumbs. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the top with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
