Recipe Ingredients for Baked Panko Chicken

24 oz All-Natural Chicken Breast
1 large Egg, Whole
0.13 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Baked Panko Chicken

  1. heat oven to 375

  2. spray baking dish with Pam or similar

  3. place flour, beaten egg, and panko in separate plates or bowls

  4. coat chicken with flour, dip in egg, then coat well with bread crumbs

  5. place on baking dish and bake 20-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165
