Recipe Ingredients for Baked Orange Salmon

12 oz salmon
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 orange, sliced
1/8 tsp rosemary
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Orange Salmon

  1. Mash garlic, salt, pepper, and dill using a mortar and pestle into a paste.

  2. Place fish on tinfoil that is big enough to enclose fish. Spread garlic/dill paste all over salmon. Top with orange slices. Bring up foil sides to enclose fish.

  3. Bake at 400F for 10mins per inch of fish, or til fish flakes with a fork.
