Baked Orange Chicken with Bulgar Wheat

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Orange Chicken with Bulgar Wheat

400 no skin chicken thighs
3 oranges
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
6 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon mustard
1 orange bell pepper
4 spring onions

Recipe Directions for Baked Orange Chicken with Bulgar Wheat

Take the orange peel off all 3 orange, 2 oranges into the chicken and 1 into the vinagrette. Make the bulgar wheat with boiling water and allow to stand. Add chopped orange peppers, spring onions, make a vinagrette with orange juice, oil and mustard and add. The remaining 2 oranges cut into skinless segments. Bake the chicken. Tear into pieces when cool. Serve with salad.
