Makes 4 servings



Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Slice onion in to preferred size and shape. Mix egg and milk together well. Dip onion slices in egg and milk mixture. Mix salt and bread crumbs together. Coat onions in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
