40 g Kellogg's all-bran flakes
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baked Onion Rings

  1. Slice onions into rings

  2. Whisk egg in a bowl

  3. Dip onion rings into egg mixture

  4. Coat with bread crumbs and garlic powder Place in single layer on baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 220C for 15 minutes or until golden.
