Recipe Ingredients for Baked Onion Rings

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 large yellow onion
1/3 cup fiber one cereal, crushed

Recipe Directions for Baked Onion Rings

  1. Crush up the fiber one cereal until it makes about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of crumbs. Mix in the salt and pepper.

  2. Slice the onions into 1" thick rings. Coat them in the egg whites and dip into the crumb mixture.

  3. Arrange the coated onions on a baking pan and bake at 450 for about 10 minutes or until desired crispiness!
