1 serving kirkland extra virgin olive oil
7 serving Kirkland real egg product

  1. - chop up onion and bell pepper

  2. - saute ham, onion and bell pepper with the olive oil

  3. - divide in muffin pans

  4. - pour over egg product

  5. - bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
