1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.33 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
1 serving kirkland extra virgin olive oil
7 serving Kirkland real egg product
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for baked omellete - no meat

  1. - saute onion and bell pepper with the EVOO; flavor with salt and pepper

  2. - divide in muffin pan and pour over the egg product

  3. - bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
