Baked Omelet with ham, cheese and zucchini.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Omelet

4 eggs
1 medium zucchini, shredded
1 1/2 cups chedder cheese, shredded
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 cup ham, sliced
1 cup non-fat milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 dash salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baked Omelet

Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased 8x8 baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for about 40-45 minutes or until done
