Baked Oatmeal w/ Walnuts & Cranberries

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal w/ Walnuts & Cranberries

2 cups oatmeal
1 cup milk
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal w/ Walnuts & Cranberries

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl combine the oatmeal, splenda, cardamom, cinnamon, walnuts, and cranberries.

  3. Mix in milk, eggs, applesauce.

  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

  5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
