Awesome healthy snack bars from the "Kath Eats Real Food" Blog. These are very versatile and very yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup craisins
1/4 cup raisins
1 small banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup 2% milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Mix wet ingredients.

  4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.

  5. Pour into a 99 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes.

  7. Cut into 9 squares.
