Not very sweet, but healthy snack. Could add brown sugar, or honey to make it a little sweeter.

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars

1 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/8 cup dried cranberries
3/8 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried apricots
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine, and bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes.
