Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

1/2 c butter
1/2 c coconut oil
3/4 c demerara sugar
6 c rolled oats
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 c plain yogurt
4 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 c walnuts

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. in a bowl mix together butter ( softened),sugar, oats, salt, cinnamon, and yogurt

  2. let it soak overnight

  3. in the morningmix in

  4. eggs, baking powder, and vanilla.

  5. pour into a glass 13x9 cake dish and bake at 375 degreesefor 30-40 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
