Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

5 cups Quick Oats
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup Honey
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Flax Seed
3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix together and pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan.

  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. This re-heats well. You can assemble ahead (even overnight) and bake later.
