Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 c rolled oats
1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 c organic 2% milk
1 egg
1 T butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 bananas
1 1/2 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Then arrange bananas in a single layer in the bottom of a 8x8 pan. Sprinkle 2/3 berries over top of bananas and follow with the oat mixture. Slowly drizzle milk mixture over the oats and scatter remaining berries on top. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes
