This is a wonderful way to each oatmeal in the morning and get energy for the day

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

2 large Egg, Whole
3 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup(245 g) Soy Milk, Fluid
1 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

Combine all the dry ingredients and all the wet ingredient. Then mix them together. Place in a grease 6x8 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
