Breakfast for a week, all at once

Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3 cups oatmeal, old fashioned, uncooked
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cranberries, dried
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Spread into an oiled 13X9 inch baking pan.

  3. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

  4. Fruit, nuts, and spices are all optional and changeable.
