Recipe Ingredients for Baked oatmeal

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 large eggs
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup almond butter
1 medium apple, diced

Recipe Directions for Baked oatmeal

  1. Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl.

  2. Combine eggs, milk, almond butter.

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

  4. Stir in apples.

  5. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
