Recipe Ingredients for Baked Oatmeal

3 c rolled oats
3/4 c.
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. whole milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c.
3/4 c. Almonds

Recipe Directions for Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake in a 13 by 9 pan (that has been sprayed with cooking spray) for 25 minutes at 375.

  2. (you may wish to add cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to taste.)
